Liveness probe — always returns 200 if the process is up.

Suitable for Railway / Docker HEALTHCHECK and load-balancer pings. Does not perform any subsystem checks so it never leaks internal hostnames, DSN fragments, or exception details. Use /health/detailed (admin-gated) for rich subsystem diagnostics, or /ready (public) for a strict ready-to-serve check.
